My child.. not for you to be lonely... remember you have so many siblings....

Baby... am I cute? lol...

My child... see how training works.... these dogs are trained so smart... what more to say people?

My child... see the world... look at how ppl strives for a living.... I salute them... this could be their only transport...but more a van to them...

What about this transport? well, mummy would also want to try.... hahaha... life is still good, they are full of smiles.... should be the family car..

Creativity is originality... discover.. and explore... make changes for the better...

Sleep well, rest early.. to be rested is to be prepared for another great tomorrow...

My child... don't cease to be creative and productive... what a bedroom... hmmm...wait,.. it is the home of MODERN TARZAN... lol..

This will be most exciting... to be served such romantic and exotic fruits... yummy... my child.. are you preparing one for me?

如何正確調理月經不調

女性在月經來潮前應忌食「鹹食」。
因為鹹食會使體內的鹽分和水分貯量增多,
在月經來潮之前,孕激素增多,
易於出現水腫、頭痛等現象。
因此,月經來潮前也不要吃刺激性食物和辣椒之類,
少吃肥肉、動物油和甜食。

有不少喜歡喝含氣飲料的女性,
在月經期會出現疲乏無力和精神不振的現象,
這是鐵質缺乏的表現。
因為汽水等飲料大多含有磷酸鹽,
同體內鐵質產生化學反應,使鐵質難以吸收。
此外,多飲汽水會因汽水中碳酸氫鈉和胃液中和,
降低胃酸的消化能力和殺菌作用,並且影響食欲。
辛辣生冷的食物有刺激性,
容易引起盆腔血管收縮而引起經血量過少甚至突然停止。

建議吃「黑糯米粥」:
紅棗20克、桂圓12粒、黑糯米100克、黑糖適量。
作法:黑糯米洗淨,加入紅棗、
桂圓適量水煮成的粥狀,依口味加入適量紅糖即可。
功效:溫腎健脾補血調經。
另外,煙酒等刺激性物質對月經也會有一定影響,
如果不注意避免,長此以往,
會發生痛經或月經紊亂。
